Hélène Clément has garnered a reputation as one of the finest chamber musicians of her generation. Her passionate advocacy of the solo viola repertoire and her collaborative spirit have made her one of the most in demand violists in Europe today.

Hélène's 2025/2026 season features a return to Wigmore Hall as soloist in Britten's Lachrymae with 12 Ensemble, as well as recitals and chamber music performances at festivals in Lundsgaard, Esbjerg, Lillehammer, Winchester and at the Malboro Music Festival in Vermont, USA. Following their recent release of Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence, Hélène collaborates with the Quatuor Modigliani and cellist Antoine Lederlain in concerts at the Cité de la Musique in Paris and Dortmund's Konzerthaus.

Spring 2025 sees her replace dear friend Marie Chilemme in the Quatuor Ébène for tours of Europe and America. The European tour includes performances in halls such as Amsterdam’s Muziekgebouw, the Sala Sinopoli in Rome, as well as in Hellerup, Grenoble and Geneva. Later on they will appear in Les Diablerets, Switzerland, the Mozart-Saal in Munich, the Prinzregententheater in Munich, the Berlin Philarmonie, and in Maribor, Slovenia as well as Milan, Italy. The American leg takes in Princeton, Philadelphia, Athens GA, Schenectady, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Costa Mesa and Pasadena California.

In March and June Hélène appears as guest Principal Viola of the Chamber Orchestra of Europe for tours in Athens, Baden-Baden and Kronberg. She is also invited to lead the Viola section at the Orchestre de Paris at the Philarmonie, and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra in Edinburgh.

Her passion as a teacher and mentor takes her to the Académie Ravel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz to teach viola and chamber music, as well as to Bordeaux for string quartet masterclasses at Festival Vibre. In September 2026 Hélène takes up the position of Professor of Viola at the Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva.
